Some things to bear in mind with aircraft charter...
While we fly to and from most places, aircraft are typically based at Bacchus Marsh Victoria.
Your charter flight cost will include ferrying the aircraft to/from its home port.
Flying one way or return, the costs will be similar.
Aircraft charter is about convenience and flexibility. If you can obtain a discount airline fare to your destination it will typically be more cost-efficient.
Your quote will include the following...
Aircraft flying costs include crew, fuel and maintenance.
Crew wages while away from base and not flying.
Crew meals, accommodation and ground transportation.
Aircraft ferrying cost from its home port (Bacchus Marsh Victoria) to your departure point, and back from your destination.

Bookings may be changed due to aircraft unserviceability, weather or other operational reasons, your flight is non refundable if this occurs, but of course you will be rescheduled to a more suitable date.
SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. Under the National Australian Consumer Laws no refunds are given if you simply change your mind. Bookings are not refundable under any circumstances however they may be transferred to another party.
No portion of your flight can be refunded, for example if we state to you prior to your flight that the weather may prevent us from flying to a specific segment included in your package such as a city orbit and you still elect to have the flight (you will be given the option to reschedule also) then your packaged flight can not be discounted nor is it refundable.
Please be aware that if you are visiting Melbourne and your travel itinerary does not allow for rebooking than no refund will be issued, however, Gift Vouchers or flights purchased are valid for 6 months.
